About.

Carly Collura is a female powerhouse vocalist and songwriter from the Metro-Detroit area.

Born and raised in Michigan, it was apparent at a very early age that Carly was meant to be an entertainer. Her journey began at the young age of 3 when she started dancing, modeling, and acting in church plays, but her true love and passion was for singing. She performed at festivals, benefits, parties, retirement homes, and placed in numerous karaoke and vocal competitions, including the Michigan State Fair, where she won first place at just 4 years old. Carly went on to take formal vocal training to improve her breathing techniques, vocal range and stamina. In 2013, she joined her first live band, Kemical Punkch, and performed in Detroit casinos.

In 2014, Carly became the lead singer of a country-rock band known as the Two Timin’ Band, where she was given the opportunity to travel all over the Midwest, playing at country bars and various events, as well as at major festivals including the WYCD Downtown Hoedown in 2015. She also opened for national country and rock artists including Katie Armiger, JT Hodges, Native Run, Brownsville Station, and Vince Neil. During her time with the Two Timin’ Band, Carly developed a passion for songwriting and was fortunate enough to record an EP of her original music.

Since then, Carly has written many original songs and performed at country music festivals, alongside artists including Devin Dawson, Carly Pearce, Michael Ray, Old Dominion, and opened for Billy Ray Cyrus, Uncle Kracker, and David Lee Murphy.

In July of 2017, Carly moved to Nashville to continue pursuing her music career as a solo artist.  In June 2018, she landed the number 9 spot on the iTunes Pre-Order Chart in the country genre for her highly anticipated country-rock-pop EP, "Motor City Meets Music City", which reached the 30th spot on the charts the day of its release. In August 2019, Carly released her first music video for her song “Runnin’ Underwater”, which was filmed by FlyHi Films.

Needless to say, 2020 was a year that no one could have predicted. Despite its challenges and events being cancelled left and right, it wasn't a complete wash for Carly. In August, Carly released her rock inspired heartbreak anthem "Break My Heart", which is available on all digital platforms!

With her love of performing being priority, Carly continues to focus on booking live shows as well as writing new material for her next project!
